New Hip Hop Releases: Denzel Curry, Earl Sweatshirt, MIKE, Fredo Bang & More | Friday To Friday

This is Friday to Friday, your weekly rap wrap up, going through the releases in rap and hip-hop from Friday, March 6th to Friday, March 13th. I have with me today producer Terry V. Yo yo, what's up? And Gav aka Lunar G. What's good? You guys' names rhyme. I was just thinking about hip-hop. We said that we're doing a collab, right? We do like a Mad Villain album. Lunar V or Terry G or something like that.

I was just about to say. Hell yeah. Terry G, bro. That'd be sick.

I like it. I like it. This week's releases, we got Denzel Curry and The Scythe with Strictly for the Scythe. DJ Paul with Goat of All Goats. Flying Lotus with Big Mama. Frankish with Love and Sugar. Fredo Bang with Most Hated Too. Gas Gua with Goyard and Key Fob Reveal. Narles Barkley with Atlanta. We're going to talk about Joey Cool with Time Will Tell, Litty with Get Litty, Net Spend with Early Life Crisis, Paul Russell with Miracle Mile, Strick with Machine On, Trey the Truth with Farewell, Ty Dolla Sign with Girl Music Volume 1, Little EP, Voices of Fire with Ofanim, and Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman as Lice with Miami Lice season 4. So, lots of lots of releases this week. Some interesting stuff. Definitely excited to get into it this week with you guys.

And I just want to kick it off right off the bat with Denzel Curry and The Scythe, Strictly for the Scythe.

Yeah. Um, I really enjoyed this joint, man. Hooptie is my favorite record off of this project. Um, I've been I've been listening to that joint back and forth. I got to get into more Denzel Curry. Like I've I've really only heard singles. I haven't gone to full projects. That was another thing I like about doing this show cuz I get a chance to listen to some great music. But yeah, Strictly for the Scythe is dope. I don't know if they're going to follow it up with another album, but I'm I'm excited.

Yeah, this was nothing but standout tracks on here for me. It's only eight songs and I usually don't care about deluxes, but this, for me, I'm like I'm hoping we get a deluxe. I'm waiting for it. Please give us your demos. Yeah, I just thought it was a great move for all the artists involved because they can tour together and still do their solo material as well.

Yeah, I don't know if they already have a whole tour lined up, but if not, I was looking around. I don't see anything. Yeah, maybe they will eventually or anything, but yeah, they'll probably... I'd be shocked if they don't pop out at like a festival or something at the very least, you know, like Summer Smash or Rolling Loud or something like that.

But I thought this project was a killer, dude. Like start to finish. I mean, there was not a single one on there that I was eh about, especially Mut. That [expletive], I don't like 1900 Rugrat that much. But that changed my opinion on him, bro. Like, I'm not going to lie.

Yeah, that that track was crazy. But honestly, what really really did it for me was the outro. I really liked Up with uh Sad Boy and Rich the Kid. I thought that track was really really cool. I like the production on it a lot, but like I said, none of them were skips for me. That one just kind of a low-key standout to me. This is really solid altogether.

And uh like you said, 1900 Rugrat, Sad Boy, Rich the Kid. Also features on this are Lazer Dim 700, Smino, 454, Tyler.

Yeah, definitely.

And not to mention there is a Juicy J feature on here, which I just wanted to mention especially because it's funny how much of a 36 Mafia week we have here this week. Juicy J is featured on two different projects and then we have a DJ Paul project to talk about as well.

It's so... I'm assuming you guys have listened to like past Denzel Curry projects. Like in terms of like the production of this. Is this more so like what he's... is this his element? Is this his own?

Yeah. I mean, in my opinion he's super versatile. Like there hasn't been a single Denzel project that I've listened to that's like, oh yeah, that's 100% him. Aside from like his flow and like his vocals. I think he just jumps around on beats. He's done a ton of collabs. He's done a ton of different music. But but yeah, he's pretty versatile.

I like I like that about Denzel Curry. I like I like his energy and I like his style. I like his rawness, man. Um, which for this project with XFR, like it was just like in the summertime when things start to warm up like you guys were saying. Hopefully they go on tour because I want to... I want this album to breathe a bit more cuz like I said, Hooptie with Smino, like that's that's one of my favorites. Like soon as it came on, like that's one I wanted to like get through that so I could hear it again and again. But yeah, no, dope. I I hope this album breathes, continues, and maybe like if they release a deluxe album like when it gets closer cuz we're getting to that point now.

Yeah. I want to shout out some of the producers on here too. So we got tracks produced by I Love It. Beautiful. Moving. Oogie Mane. Benny X. Skip on the Beat. Am I alone or are these some kind of like newer names to you guys too?

I don't know any of these. I only know Benny X.

Yeah, except for Benny X. Yeah. Yeah. And that's... I think he did Lit Effect if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, he did Lit Effect. That's probably my favorite. That's been stuck in my head the most this whole week. Yeah, I'm rocking with it. I'm rolling with it.

Denzel, ASAP, and Tia Corine, and uh Kinyatta.

Yeah, I was going to say he has some pretty sick verses on there, too. I forget exactly which song, but there's one that they save him till the very end and it's just like a minor minor beat switch and then he just spits and that one... that stood out to me a lot too cuz I don't know a ton of Kinyatta. Um, I maybe knew like a song or two by him. So, it was really cool to just kind of see him flex a bit.

Definitely. I want to move into the DJ Paul project, too, while we're discussing 36 Mafia adjacent stuff. It's called Goat of All Goats. He says in the intro that it's been in the works for 7 years. And also, this project is 36 years after 36 Mafia coming out. That's kind of crazy.

Okay. Yeah.

So, he's like... I think he's like waiting to drop it this year. Tons of features. Uh, Too Short, Freddie Gibbs, Snow the Product, Riff Raff, Yelawolf, Young Buck, Akon, Lord Infamous, of course, and then that's just the highlights. There's a bunch more, but ironically it does not feature Juicy J, even though Juicy J is on two other albums this week. But, uh, standout tracks on this one for me. I Beat the Odds, I'm from the M, and Stupid AB had this cool like reggaeton sort of beat mixed with a Memphis style beat. It's pretty unique. Okay. And then the track OMG as well. It's kind of what you expect, but in a good way. It sounds very 36 Mafia, but it's not diminished quality at all. It's like pretty solid overall.

Well, what would you say would be your highlight of the album?

I Beat the Odds. If you had to only listen to one song, check out I Beat the Odds.

Yeah. It's pretty long, too. So, I think that's probably part of why...

Yeah, that's probably why it took seven years as well. Dead ass. Yeah. Yeah. You got an hour and 15 minute album by him. When you said Yelawolf, too, I haven't heard anything from him in a hot minute.

Yeah. And Akon, too.

I was like, Akon? Yeah, for real.

I'm under the impression that like recession pop, early 2000s hip-hop, that's coming back. '90s is kind of like being pushed in with the recession pop. Like early 2000s, at least that's what I'm kind of noticing.

I think it's partly because people that grew up with it as kids are now old enough to be the ones producing music now. So, yes, sir.

It's just... it comes full circle that way. It's the cyclical nature.

Only thing I've seen out of Akon recently was just what he's been doing like in Africa, but outside of that, I haven't heard anything musically. Or... I'm excited to hear it. Again, this generation of hip-hop artists that are coming back and still creating and creating dope content, like I'm all on board for. So, I'm excited to hear it.

Yes. I love getting the 20th album in. Like, I'm not... I don't know if that... you know what I mean. Like, I love just when artists are so many projects in and if you're not phoning it in, I'll still check it out. And a lot of people continue to actually get better and better, too. Whereas some artists really stagnate. And another artist that, for me, two artists that just get better and better are Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman. The duo known as Lice, but definitely massive solo careers as well. They just released Miami Lice season 4.

Mhm.

Man, there's so many funny bars on this thing. You can tell they're just having tons of fun. This is their fourth project together. They always do like kind of shorter EPs. This one's a little bit longer. And this is the first one that's fully produced by Aesop Rock. You can tell they are at just like peak having fun and peak just chemistry as friends. You can really hear their chemistry as friends on this. But yeah, Aesop Rock is a really impressive producer as well. He produces a lot of his own albums. So, he killed the beats on this thing. Sometimes Aesop Rock works with artists that can't really keep up with him. If you're familiar with Aesop Rock's catalog, for example, the Hail Mary albums he did with Rob Sonic. Rob Sonic just cannot keep up with how technical Aesop Rock is. He's just like so above. But this project and all the Lice projects, Homeboy Sandman not only keeps up with Aesop Rock, but matches him and keeps him on point.

Love this one. This is an introduction for me for both of these artists. Like probably outside of like hearing singles or things in the past. But yeah, from the production to the lyrics, the lyrics of this album are really, really, really dope. Um, you talking about like funny lines, um, the burgers, like what do you think is in the burgers? But even then, they're using the burgers as a metaphor. So then my brain is just racing to like different avenues in terms of things like what these guys could be talking about. Like I I really enjoyed this project. The production, man. Like it just reminded me of like pure hip-hop in its essence. Like if this was drugs, this would be... this is this is pure dope. It's not... Yeah. Um, I I was surprised about this. Yeah. I want to go back and actually check out more of his... um, Homeboy Sand... there it is. I want to go back and check out more of his stuff. I like his... I like his pen. I really do like his pen.

Yeah. Actually, speaking of that, Homeboy Sandman has my line of the week with this one. He said, "Cats be arguing who's number one. Meanwhile, I'm the gambler who's number one." Yeah. Clever little [expletive] like that. He's just got clever little bars. They're fun.

Yeah. I love the double entendre. That's honest to God what got me into hip-hop so much, was the wordplay. Like just being a kid and understanding. I was like, "Oh shit." And like especially growing up in Michigan, you have Eminem being so prevalent and so there's just so much wordplay in his music that... Yeah. It's... I love artists that are that are able to do that kind of stuff. Yeah. That, going back to like I was saying, like this is this is hip-hop. You strip away the flashiness and all of the bops and all of that stuff. You just provide people like dope music, raw lyrics, and it just it it flows. So yeah, thanks for adding this one to the list cuz these are not artists that I get a chance to check out.

Yeah, I'm glad you like this one. All right, next I want to talk about the last 36 Mafia adjacent project of the week, which funny enough is the Narles Barkley, Atlanta. Features Juicy J and DJ Paul on the track Cyber Bully, yo, which was a pretty damn hip-hop track. It was pretty fun. And then I also wanted to shout out Boy Genius right off the bat because CeeLo is spitting on this one. He is straight up rapping. But, you know, we like to cover hip-hop adjacent things as well here. And Danger Mouse is one of like the most legendary hip-hop producers of all time. So, had to talk about Narles Barkley this week.

Has to. Danger Mouse, I think we were talking about it a little bit, too, is someone that has just been in every... I swear to God, the more you find out about him, the more you're like, he's touched everything I've ever listened to. Like, he's just one of those producers that somehow had a hand in so many different artists' careers. And I I thought this was a really cool project. I'm going to have to go back and listen to it because I I was kind of like I don't know. And maybe I wanted it to be more like the last joint and that that's probably like an issue with me, but I I I I don't... I don't know. I was I was indifferent about it. I'm happy to see CeeLo and Danger Mouse working again, but um I don't know. I'm going to have to go back and listen to it.

I would say it grew on me more and more throughout the week. So, if it didn't hit you on the first listen or two, I'd say yeah, go back and give it another shot cuz they're very catchy and well-written songs, like after I really digested them a few listens in.

And that's that's happened like for um Nas and DJ Premier's album. Like when I first heard it I was like I don't know. Then I spent time with it and it come back and I'm like okay, no, you know, it started to grow. So, and that could just be like my expectations because Saint Elsewhere was such an amazing amazing amazing amazing album and then the Odd Couple's dope too. So, I think I was kind of like... a part of me was looking for that and then I wasn't getting necessarily that. So, I was like, ah, but like I said, I'm going to go back and listen to it again.

It's like managing the expectations because it is it is hard especially when when artists have those like super prominent super popular careers or songs that it's like okay how do we not hold them to that exact standard every time cuz it's like [expletive], dude, man, I think we'll always be disappointed. That's back to the falloff conversations, like kind of same thing, like cuz the falloff is amaz... like, but you have the expectations going into it. It's all like I wanted more meat off the bones. It's just... But yeah, I digress. Last thing I wanted to say on this project is I was interested to see how many additional songwriters they use for most of the songs. Only a couple of the songs are written by only CeeLo and Danger Mouse, which just reminds me of the difference in mindset between like pop and rap. You get a lot of songwriters involved in pop music to have a lot of voices to bounce off of and that's traditionally not common in hip-hop. Except of course we do see that, like, you know, Drake being the most famous example of has other...

Yeah.

...has other people involved to help make it the most polished pop product possible. The songwriting I find to be really strong regardless of how many people are involved.

Yeah. I I personally don't have a problem with it.

I was kind of making a joke about like the ghostwriting thing or whatever, but it's totally true that, you know, like a lot of these people get paid to understand what's going to catch the radio, what's going to catch the algorithm. That's such a crucial part of the song. You could have all the right pieces and put them together the wrong way. And so it is kind of cool to see like all the different people that are involved in this stuff. And I was just kind of going through the album too, like Turn Your Heart Back On. That's one of the songs that I saved and that's got four different writers doing arrangement on it. You've got six engineers and producers, so just a ton of different people. You have four or five performers. So, yeah, it's just cool. It's a whole group effort.

Yeah. And I like how they'll write the music and then they'll actually get a drummer to play it. So, I mean, most likely they're not having a drummer in the session with them. They're probably writing the part with program drums and then having a session player come in later and to kind of like replay the part. I love that they would take the extra effort to have a real session drummer come in and play the parts. A lot of Outkast earlier stuff was that, make the beats and all of that, but then have live instrumentation or or live musicians come in, do the bass live or do the drums and keys and things like that, which adds like a lot more soul to the project. In terms of like writers, I don't I don't get too bogged up on that because if you're... if the goal is to make a great project, I mean, that's what you're doing.

I think it's different in hip-hop just based off of like... that's the merit that hip-hop was based off, is that it's all you and you're giving us your perspective. But I think especially with Narles Barkley, it's not... they're not like a strictly hip-hop duo and like it's pop. I think it worked and I'm excited to go back and listen to it again. And by the way, 18 years since the last album, 20 years since their first album.

Yeah. For them to just say, "Hey, let's give it another shot."

You know, that's something that I love, too, is like when those super successful duos decide, "Yeah, now's the right time. Let's bring it back." Something that I didn't know I was excited for.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

It was pretty fun. All right, Gav, do you have anything we haven't covered yet?

Um, there were just a couple singles and stuff that I listened to. I kind of went on like a UK rap binge over the over the week a little bit and found some artists I was liking. Uh, like A1, XJ1. Man, I really like there's a song Retrograde by Sony. That song is... I like that one. Yeah. Yeah. And then uh Roller Coaster by A1 or A1XJ1. It's a little more of like a like emotional song, I guess. Like it's more like emo rap, but that one was pretty cool, too. And then uh Sleepy Hollow and Chef G put out a song, Baby Eye, which I thought was really good, too.

So, speaking of singles as well, we have two singles from the upcoming Mike and Earl Sweatshirt project. This is a dual album in the style of Speakerboxxx/The Love Below where Mike is getting a full album and Earl is getting a full album, but it's a double disc and it's all produced by Surf Gang who I wasn't familiar with, but it's like a music group/label. And so far, the two singles that we've got, the beats I love. So, I'm looking forward to the rest of this.

Yeah, that's going to be a sick project. I'm excited to hear it. Shoot. New new Earl. Let's let's go.

We'll be talking about the full length project when it comes out on April 3rd. So, you'll hear more about that coming up. Pompeii Utility should be pretty sick.

Dude, the artwork on this I think is really really impressive. Just from the singles to the to the project itself. Like, whoever's doing this is keeping a a really strong theme. And I heard the joints that he's done with FlyLo, like, and FlyLo is like an amazing producer.

Mhm. Hella dope. And speaking of FlyLo, we have Flying Lotus with Big Mama. An amazing an amazing project.

It's different, like, if you're... if like if if you're a fan of hip-hop, you may not because it's not like a hip-hop album. More like a what? How would you even... dance? Electronica. Yeah. But I would call it... I mean, I thought this project was sick, dude. I've I've played Flying Lotus for a couple years now. Like You're Dead. What's that song? Never Catch Me with Kendrick, that's one of the best... one of the best Kendrick songs ever and one of the best music videos ever.

Yes, dude.

I haven't seen the music video.

I got you. It'll make you cry. It'll make you cry, bro.

I got I got to watch it.

Yeah, Flying Lotus. Dope. I I really enjoyed this. That's all I had to say, but I did want to talk about it because I was surprised to see it there. I didn't catch it and then played it out and I was like, "Yo, this is dope." Pretty fun.

Yeah. Yeah. And he did something interesting that I've seen more often. I saw J. Cole did this with the little EP that he dropped right before the falloff, which is at the end he'll have one song that's the entire thing again. So there'll be one song on Spotify that's the full playthrough. So if you don't want to separate it for some reason... I kind of don't really get the point of that. They call it like the continuous mix.

Yeah, the continuous mix.

Yeah, like maybe it's for DJing, you know, like maybe you use it to chop. Do you have any insight on that, Terry?

Maybe unless his intent was to keep it continuous throughout and then separated through for people to just have their bits and pieces of it, like if you like this part of the song or if you like this song and things like that. But yeah, no, I don't... I think that's probably the only... And I wish I would have um found this album before my DJ set cuz I would have played... I would have played some of these um for that party.

Yeah, it's it's has like Aphex Twin energy to it to where it's like old school electronica influenced kind of.

I do not think I would have heard that name today. Yeah. But I like that as a producer like from that standpoint because one of like one of my favorite producers, Dilla, like was just amazing just taking different sounds. Um, Let's Take It Back, that record off Rough Draft, the sample that plays is like... how do you hear that and then flip it and create it into something else? [expletive] like that blows my... I love music like that. I love hip-hop, like, or not even just hip-hop. I love music like that where it's just all like, "All right, what were you on or what came to you? What did you see that made you want to create and flip that together how you did?" It's just blows my mind.

Oh yeah, Dilla's one of those producers where you're like, "How did you think of that?" Like, no one else would have come to that same conclusion but Dilla.

No.

What's cool about Dilla too is all those chops, he wouldn't separate the instruments out. So like instead of just, you know, like using the drums to chop, if he liked a drum, you know, let's say he likes the kick sound, he like the snare sound, he would take whatever else was with it and play that with it. So that's how you get these kind of like ambient sounds in the background of his chops. So no one was doing that. You know, a lot of people do it now, but yeah, but back then it wasn't heard of.

Yeah.

Nerd [expletive] like that.

I like... Hell yeah. But yeah. No, this dope. The project's dope. The graphic art is dope, too. I like it. Like, if you didn't know who Flying Lotus is, if you don't know anything about the project, from the outsider who likes like EDM and electronic music, I see that and I'm like, "Yo, that looks like Griz or that looks like some EDM artist." I'm definitely going into that thinking like, "This is going to be dance music or something, you know?" So, I think that's sick. I love the art.

Yeah. Dope. Terry, do you have any more picks from this week?

There was a Thundercat. I don't know if it's an EP. So, it looks like this is a waterfall release. Okay. Working towards an album called Distracted.

Yeah.

So, we got a few singles out right now. Working towards this Distracted project. Four singles out so far. Features from Willow, Mac Miller, Lil Yachty, Flying Lotus, and Tamman Paula. So, Thundercat deep in the music scene. Tamman Paula is the one that I actually caught. That's how I found out about this album coming out. And I want to say they released that record a while back from that.

Yeah, that's been out at least a couple months.

Yeah, that song is dope, too. So, it looks like specifically the track with Thundercat and Willow titled Thunderwave came out this week. And the full Distracted LP from Thundercat is coming out April 3rd. So, we can look forward to that. Excited about that.

So, my last pick for this week is the Fredo Bang project Most Hated Too. He's a Baton Rouge, Louisiana rapper, and I playlisted a few tracks on this. I don't always love the slow songs, but I was [expletive] with these more hype trap songs. Standouts for me were Mr. Uptown, Back to Back featuring G Herbo, My Woo featuring Lil Shimmy, and If You Want It. My only complaint was really like it's a bit frontloaded. The first half of the project was a lot stronger. I don't think I playlisted anything from the second half, but it was decent. It was cool.

For me, I kind of feel like NBA YoungBoy takes a lot of that shine on the younger Baton Rouge generation, but I'd rather listen to Fredo Bang. Feel a lot of beef between them two. So, it's always fun to see who's going to who's going to put the better album out.

He had YoungBoy on there, too, or... no, YoungBoy and him are... I don't think they're cool with each other.

Oh, got you. Politics, but they're both from Baton Rouge, so they're kind of like... that's so that's where my mind went. A lot of like YB's case was about... was like get back on Fredo if I'm not mistaken. I mean, there was like 2019 2020 there were just a ton a ton of videos of like Fredo riding around YB's hood like talking [expletive] and yeah, it's just it's been a... for a minute.

That's that's wild. I hope I hope they can figure it out, man, and it doesn't spill over into the streets for real.

Yeah.

Uh, what you were mentioning, the 50 and um TI... like I didn't get a chance to catch that because I don't know, I I'm probably biased. When the whole thing with the south, king of the south thing started between TI and Ludacris, I chose Ludacris. So after that like TI, like dude, like... so I'm a little bit indifferent about it.

But Domani, he got at 50. That was the thing.

Yeah, he... 50 came through.

Yeah. King...

I'd be cool if King never raps.

But Domani. King, you can just stay over there.

Yeah, man. Eat your fruit snacks on the side. Get your money. Do what you do. But I'm I'm I'm not interested. Been hearing anything...

What's your guys' take on... or how do you... if you guys been um keeping up with...

I like 50. So for where I come from, I'm like, m, I'm taking 50 over it. So like TI's got some hits for me, but I've always kind of been on the... I've always liked 50. So I'm like I got to got to side with 50 on this one.

I mean I like both of them, but there's the different question between like do I like TI or 50 or like who did better in the beef. There's no question like TI and family are out rapping 50 Cent like crazy in this beef.

But that's true.

Uh, that's not 50's game. He's he's on his own [expletive]. So, nah, he's... he's transition... comparable though. The Power 2 intro song was um, or the intro to the Power book. That's right. The way he got back at TI was by just putting only a single line towards him, but he put it in something that's going to be nationally syndicated, so it's going to be shown to millions of people every week. This is why I [expletive] with 50, cuz he's petty as [expletive], dude.

It's pretty petty.

It's pretty funny. Yeah. I mean, he just immortalized that song. Everyone loves that show. So, it's like, dude, it's going to be game set match. Yeah. If he pulls out the documentary against him, then it's just like, oh my... that's... you have to be calculated if you're going to enter a beef with him because he doesn't stop. He's relentless and he has ways of just getting to you.

So, I... too much time and money, bro.

Too much time and money. That'll do it. Oh my god. I'm looking forward to Power though.

Probably the last album that I like really got to listen through and was kind of surprised by. Um, not a traditional hip-hop album by any means, but it's actually this album called Ofanim by Voices of Fire and Fel. So, Voices of Fire is like a gospel choir group that's put together by Bishop Ezekiel Williams, I believe is his name. That's uh Fel's uncle. So they've kind of put together this whole like group. They actually were featured on Clipse's last project. There's a Netflix documentary. So a lot of really cool stuff. But this whole project is produced by Forel. He features on there. CeeLo Green's featured on there. Teddy Swims so... So a lot of pretty cool stuff. I think one of my favorite songs on there is Business. And then I Forgive You. There's some crazy production on there. It's not at all what you would think of when you hear like gospel album or something or like gospel choir group. It's Pharrell hip-hop doing gospel vocals over top of it. So, it's kind of a crazy combination.

Yeah, I want to hear that one. I'm I'm excited to hear it.

Yeah, that was not on my radar at all, but now I will definitely be checking it out.

Yeah, I'm not going to lie. It popped up. Started kind of digging into it and found out they did a whole documentary about the group on Netflix and they're like internationally renowned now. So, I was like, that's crazy.

Wow. Damn.

All right, let's talk about what else we've been doing in music this week. So, I mixed and mastered a track for a rapper named Lou Savage and uh dropped a couple new beats at frequencyoverflow.com produced by our main producer Low and also dropped a short cross promotion with a beat maker named Hela who made a great beat with one of our loop kits, the 1925 loop kit. Yeah, it's been uh kind of a slow week for music for me, but I've been doing some studio sessions with my buddy Link Sinatra, who's a Detroit artist that's been pretty active for quite some time now. So, we've been doing... we laid a couple tracks over at uh at the engineer's place and then dope. I took him out to a uh to a cipher. So, there was just a uh 28 hour long live cipher in Detroit that uh we were hosting to do like break the Guinness World Record for longest live stream cipher.

Oh, dope.

So, that was kind of sick. Yeah, they did like a 28 hour continuous cipher, so I got to go and do that with him. So, that was pretty sick.

That's ridiculous.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Kind of cool. I mean, it's crazy the stuff that we find out about. He's he's real active with uh just all the different like artist collectives and stuff like that. So, I get to find out about a lot of cool local events going on because of him.

Super cool.

Yeah, it's been kind of slow for me personally, but just been kind of helping out my my friends and music a lot lately. Doing a lot of uh... got a lot of school [expletive] going on.
